Board Certified
M. Andrew Seerden is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is only one of 1,704 Texas attorneys currently Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law.
In order to achieve and retain this status, Seerden had to meet an extensive list of qualifications, including:
- Being licensed to practice law for at least five years
- Devoting a specific percentage of his practice to personal injury law
- Handling a wide variety of matters in personal injury law to demonstrate his experience and involvement
- Regularly attending continuing education seminars in order to remain up to date on their legal training
- Being evaluating by his peers, including fellow lawyers and judges
- Passing a 6-hour written examination
- Applying for recertification every five years
- Trying a requisite number of cases to a jury, including personal injury cases
